Health & Wellness
Certifications from NASM, ACE, NESTA, and AFAA are used to inform performance protocols. However, these are not medical treatments. Clients are responsible for obtaining medical clearance before engaging in any physical or nutritional changes.
Intuitive & Visual Prompts
Decision Intelligence sessions utilizing visual prompts are for creative strategy and personal reflection. They do not constitute legal or professional psychological counseling.
